My father Ugo Nicastro, holds a 50 year secret of the spice mixture used in the famous Casa’s sausages. He learned the process from his  Dad in Italy, and picked up some pointers in Germany, during his military days. Now, he makes sausages with his personal recipe, exclusively for my store on Preston Street.
